Community Liaison

We are committed to managing the mine in a way that benefits the local community, we encourage good governance, respect for cultural values, we minimize the impact on the ecosystem and the environment while supporting the country towards sustainable mining development.

We consider our project as an investment in the future of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

We work with the aim of maintaining permanent constructive contact with all stakeholders in TFM's concession area, namely: representatives of the Congolese state, the community with its various structures, stakeholders, customary chiefs, and traditional structures.

Social peace

We advocate for social peace and at the same time preserve good neighborly relations with the community while ensuring respect for traditions and the protection of cultural heritage.

This framework also allows us to address the needs and recommendations of communities related to socio-economic development programs and TFM operations.

Two offices are operational in Tenke and Fungurume to facilitate contact with all stakeholders. We prioritize collaboration, good neighborliness, and mutual respect.
